This 2007 Sumerset Solar Express is a 75-foot aluminum houseboat powered by a single 220 hp gasoline engine. Built by American Waterways, the boat combines comfortable accommodation with social entertaining spaces, making it well-suited for family and group outings on the water.

The interior layout includes a master suite with king bed and cedar-lined closets, along with three additional queen bedrooms, providing sleeping space for up to 10 adults. Two full bathrooms with updated finishes, shower, vanity, and toilet serve the accommodations. The galley features stainless steel appliances in an open, functional layout, and the main salon provides gathering space. Central air and heat control the climate throughout.

The upper deck emphasizes outdoor entertainment with a fiberglass party top, built-in lighting, and ceiling fans. A wet bar with sink and ice maker anchors the outdoor living area, which also includes a sound system.
