This 75-foot aluminum houseboat from 2008 sleeps up to 21 adults across 11 berths, making it suited for large groups. It's powered by twin 260 HP fuel-injected Mercruiser V8 engines and equipped with a 20 KW Westerbeke generator. The boat carries 380 gallons in main tanks and 290 gallons in an auxiliary tank, with fresh water and holding capacity of 450 gallons each.

The interior includes a master suite with king bed and full bath, two upper-level suites with queen beds, a cuddy cabin with queen and twin beds, and a queen sofa-sleeper sectional in the front salon. The galley is fully appointed with a stainless steel range and oven, two 25-cubic-foot refrigerator-freezers with ice makers, microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer combo. Two heads serve the accommodations. The upper deck features an open flybridge design with full controls, a mirrored dual bar with sink and icemaker, and seating for eight.

Decks and exterior spaces include an upper stationary canopy with rope lighting, rear slippery slide with water pump, and dual PWC ramps with winches. The front deck has a built-in BBQ grill and full-size chest freezer. An extended swim platform with ladder and boarding ramps sits aft.

Recently overhauled systems include new air conditioning, flooring upgraded to luxury vinyl planks throughout main areas, completely repainted interior, new window coverings, all new kitchen appliances and cabinetry, new hatches with air-compressed struts, new upper-deck speakers, and new inverter batteries. Engines, generator, and drives have been fully serviced.
