2007 Viking 56 Convertible

The 2007 Viking 56 Convertible is a 56-foot fiberglass sport fishing yacht built for serious performance. Its deep-V hull design cuts through rough water smoothly, while twin MTU M91 diesel engines—each rated at 1500 horsepower—deliver a cruising speed of 28 knots and a top speed of 33 knots. The engines show 3550 hours. A 21.5-kilowatt Onan generator supports onboard systems, with 4100 hours logged.

The layout includes three cabins and two heads. The forward stateroom features a desirable crossover bunk arrangement. A Viking factory mezzanine with refrigeration serves as a galley. Both the master and starboard heads are equipped with electric toilets installed in 2025. Amenities include a washer and dryer in the guest head, a spot-zero water purification system, and an ice chipper for provisioning.

The boat is thoroughly equipped for fishing and cruising. In-floor livewells and a transom livewell keep bait and catch fresh, while an in-floor fishbox stores the day's haul. A windlass handles ground tackle. Entertainment and navigation systems include a complete Garmin suite with radar and autopilot (installed in 2025), Starlink marine connectivity, TracVision satellite television, and a Fusion stereo with JL Audio amplifiers and speakers.

The hull and topsides were repainted in 2019 and the entire boat received a professional ceramic coating with ongoing yearly maintenance. Underwater lights round out the package.
