The 2008 Bavaria Vision 44 is a 45-foot sailing yacht built for easy handling with a small crew. The mainsail features vertical battens and furling operation, paired with a electric furling genoa controlled by two electric winches. A bow thruster aids maneuvering in confined spaces. The generous cockpit includes comfortable seating cushions, and wide gangways provide secure footing along the cabin sides. A deep anchor locker sits forward.
The interior is light and bright thanks to numerous large windows. The galley spans an L-shape and includes a top-loading refrigerator, side-loading cooler, and substantial counter space. Storage is abundant throughout—closed cabinets line the hull, and additional space sits beneath seating and bench cushions. The starboard wet room has an electric toilet and shower fed by a 70-liter hot water tank installed in 2025. Forward is a V-berth with under-bed drawers and en-suite electric toilet and shower. Two identical double cabins aft feature shelves, hanging lockers, and bookshelf space.
The boat carries 3 × 225Ah service batteries and 2 × 50Ah bow thruster batteries. A water pump delivers 11 liters per minute. Equipment includes a stainless steel Isotemp hot water tank, teak cockpit table with cup holders, fenders, mooring lines, and running rigging. The hull has been treated with antifouling and polish. The mattress in the V-berth is from Matrassenfabriek. The Volvo Penta diesel engine produces 55 horsepower.
