Cruisin' is a custom-built 75-foot aluminum houseboat from 2008, designed with a distinctive rear main salon overlooking the water and a forward master stateroom for privacy. The boat features a thoughtfully arranged three-level layout with five additional bedrooms, providing generous sleeping space throughout. Twin Honda 200-horsepower outboards power the boat, supported by a 18-kilowatt Westerbeke generator and 4,000-watt inverter system for onboard comfort.

The main salon opens fully to the water view with substantial seating areas, while the upper deck provides extensive entertaining space with a hot tub, wet bar, ice maker, full dining area, and an enclosed screening system. The galley features maple cabinetry, Corian countertops, and a center island with seating, equipped with multiple refrigeration units, a gas stove, dishwasher, and laundry appliances. Three heads include a master en-suite with dual sinks, shower, and bidet toilet.

Climate control comes from a geothermal air-conditioning and heat pump system, with dual water heaters and unlimited water filtration including ultraviolet filters. The boat carries extensive electronics including GPS, depth finder, marine radio, and satellite systems, plus front and rear thrusters and dual windlass anchors. A Starlink internet system and multiple television displays with surround sound provide modern connectivity and entertainment throughout.

The upper deck features a water slide, dual jet ski ramps with an electric winch system, padded lounge areas, and a built-in barbecue. Two jet skis, a golf cart, and supplemental fuel tanks are included with the boat. The entire interior is furnished and maintained for immediate use.
