The 2008 Fountain 38 Luxury Edition is a 38-foot sportfish built on a fiberglass hull and powered by three Mercury Verado engines totaling 900 horsepower. The yacht's signature stepped hull design provides a smooth and stable ride across varying water conditions, while an expanded chine width adds lateral stability and increases usable interior space. With a cruising speed of 50 mph and a top speed of 65 mph, the boat is built for reaching distant fishing grounds and open water crossings.

The interior includes a V-berth that converts to a dining table, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and an enclosed head with shower. The galley and cabin layout support comfortable extended cruising.
