This 63-foot centerboard sloop was built by Garcia, a specialist in aluminum blue-water cruising yachts, to a design by Barret-Racoupeau. The hull is constructed from marine-grade aluminum and features a centerboard system with aluminum construction and sand ballast, drawing between 1.37 and 4.20 meters depending on configuration. Twin IVECO FPT diesel engines of 250 horsepower each drive the yacht through a shaft transmission, with a folding three-blade propeller, and an Onan generator provides onboard power. Cruising speed is approximately 8 knots.
The interior comprises three cabins, including an owner's suite with private head and shower, plus a second double cabin with ensuite facilities and a third bunk cabin, along with a further head. The boat carries substantial tankage: 2,400 liters of fresh water, 2,400 liters of fuel, and 250 liters of waste capacity. Equipped with a water maker, heating via a Webasto system, and air conditioning, the yacht is well-appointed for extended cruising.
A comprehensive refit in 2023 renewed the main engines, shaft, and propeller, replaced the entire electrical system, and upgraded interior accommodations and joinery. The mast and boom received new topcoat finishes, the centerboard system was fully serviced with sensor replacement, and hydraulic retractable bow and stern thrusters were installed. Navigation and communication electronics were completely renewed, including a full Furuno NavNet system, AIS transponder, and satellite communications. New sails were fitted, along with modern galley appliances and a Miele washing and drying machine. Hull and superstructure surfaces received premium Alexseal topcoats, and all sprayhood windows were replaced with mineral glass.
