This 2008 Gemini 105Mc catamaran was designed by Tony Smith and has been upgraded with twin Mercury 15HP 4-stroke outboards in place of the original single inboard diesel, delivering 30 horsepower total for smooth motoring and maneuvering. The 33-foot beam of 14 feet provides a stable platform for cruising or day trips.
The layout features spacious accommodations with a U-shaped dinette forward that converts to a full berth, a galley to starboard, and port and starboard staterooms with full berths, hanging lockers, windows, and port lights. Ample deck seating and lounging space forward complement the interior. The boat has one head.
Systems include solar panels, a 3-bank battery charger, a 3500-watt inverter, a Cruise water maker, and a Dometic refrigerator. Navigation and monitoring equipment comprises a B&G Zeus GPS chart plotter with radar, B&G wind and depth gauges, a RayMarine autopilot, and VHF radio. A Clarion stereo system is installed. The standing and running rigging and sails were updated in 2020.
