2008 Meridian 490 Pilothouse

The 2008 Meridian 490 Pilothouse is a 54-foot fiberglass pilothouse motor yacht powered by twin Cummins diesel engines rated at 760 horsepower. The design combines cruising capability with comfort, featuring a fully enclosed flybridge with upgraded electronics and navigation systems, and a spacious salon ringed with panoramic windows that flood the interior with natural light.

Three staterooms and two heads provide accommodation for extended time aboard. The master stateroom spans the full beam with a queen berth, hanging lockers, and extensive drawer and cabinet storage, served by a private en-suite head with separate shower. The VIP guest stateroom forward offers a queen berth with private en-suite head and shower. The galley is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and electric cooktop, with generous countertop and cabinet space. The open-concept salon has comfortable seating and entertainment cabinetry, flowing easily to the galley and cockpit.

The cockpit is spacious with a transom door, wide side decks, and stainless steel railings. Tender storage and launching capability are incorporated into the deck plan. The boat includes a 2014 Boston Whaler 11-foot tender. Two electric bikes are also aboard.

The yacht was freshwater-kept throughout its ownership. Extensive maintenance records and documentation of upgrades completed over 15 years of ownership are available. The engines are reported to have low hours.
