This 78-foot aluminium sailing yacht was built in 2008 by Van Dam Nordia Shipyard in the Netherlands. Designed for a circumnavigating family, the boat combines practical layout with solid construction and sportive handling. A defining feature is the expansive pilothouse, which provides exceptional comfort and visibility in varied weather. The rig, furling systems, and sail controls—supplied by Hall Spars, Lewmar, and Reckmann—operate via push-button from the steering pedestals, with a generous deck space flanking each side fitted with dining tables.
The interior was custom-designed in mahogany with luxurious fabrics and stylish detailing throughout. Accommodation comprises a master stateroom, two guest suites, and a captain's or guest cabin, served by nine heads. Full air-conditioning is installed. A hydraulic swim platform at the stern facilitates water access and tender operations.
The yacht is powered by a single 286 hp Perkins diesel engine. Her design and construction reflect the owner's extensive cruising experience and prove suitable for extended passages across varied conditions, from northern European waters to the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
