This 75-foot Sumerset houseboat combines spacious living with comprehensive amenities for extended cruising on Lake Powell. Built with an aluminum hull, it features twin 260 HP fuel-injected Mercruiser V8 engines paired with a 15 KW Westerbeke generator, delivering reliable power and performance. The boat accommodates multiple guests across four private staterooms—a master suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom, three queen-bed bedrooms, a queen sofa-sleeper in the front salon, and eight rooftop sleeping pads replaced last year.

The galley is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a full-size range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and two 25-cubic-foot refrigerator-freezers with ice makers, plus a trash compactor and standard serving pieces for twelve. Two full bathrooms, central air conditioning and heating, and in-cabin entertainment—including a 40-inch LCD TV with surround sound and cabin-mounted 15-inch TV-DVD combos—provide comfort throughout. A washer and dryer complete the interior conveniences.

Outdoor spaces include an upper-deck flybridge with full controls, a wet bar with icemaker and refrigerator, a 30-foot canopy with rope lighting, front-deck BBQ grill, and extended swim platform with ladder and boarding ramps. A rear deck water slide, satellite sound system with four top-deck speakers, and outdoor furnishings enhance entertaining. Fresh water capacity is 300 gallons, holding tank 600 gallons, and fuel systems provide 380 gallons in main tanks plus 192 gallons in an auxiliary tank with electric pump. Equipment includes two kayaks, two paddleboards, PWC ramps with winches, a chest freezer, and comprehensive navigation and communication systems.
