2008 Tiara Yachts 3900 Sovran

This 2008 Tiara Yachts 3900 Sovran is a fiberglass motor yacht built for cruising efficiency and comfort. Powered by twin Volvo Penta D6 diesel engines producing 370 hp each, the boat is equipped with joystick-controlled IPS pod drives for smooth, responsive handling. With an Onan generator and a cruising speed of 23 knots, the yacht delivers the range and quiet operation Tiara is known for.

Recent mechanical work includes a starboard pod replacement with a remanufactured unit in February 2026, full port pod service, and new trim tabs installed at the same time. In January 2025, both engines and the generator received full service. Starboard and port seawater strainers were replaced in 2026 and 2023 respectively. Four new AGM house batteries were installed in November 2024, along with three new AGM engine batteries in March 2024. Bottom paint and propeller treatment were applied in April 2023, and new canvas including a windshield cover and cockpit backdrop with shade were added in May 2024.

The interior comprises a forward stateroom, convertible mid-cabin, and a head with separate shower, arranged around a spacious salon and fully equipped galley. The cockpit features Sea Deck flooring throughout and provides generous seating with good sightlines to the helm. The helm station offers excellent visibility and intuitive joystick-controlled docking.

The boat measures 39 feet in length with a 13.92-foot beam. Engines and generator show 1,355 and 820 hours respectively on the clock.
