The 2009 Contender 33 Tournament is a 34-foot sportfish built on a high-performance fiberglass hull with a 9-foot-8-inch beam, designed to handle twin or triple gasoline engines. This example is powered by twin Yamaha 300-horsepower outboards installed in 2023 with approximately 200 hours of operation and remaining warranty through March 2028. The engines have been serviced regularly at the factory-authorized Yamaha dealer.
The boat features a well-appointed console layout with integrated seating, helm chairs, and a leaning post combined with livewell functionality. Standard above-deck livewells are complemented by below-deck options. Navigation and fish-finding equipment includes two Navico NSS12 Evo2 units, autopilot, and radar. A JL audio system, VHF radio, and Sionyx camera with light bar are installed throughout.
Recent work includes a complete hull repaint in light blue with new barrier coat and bottom paint, along with a full refresh of the T-top. All steering and control systems have been replaced, as has the upholstery throughout. New pumps, freshwater washdown system, and an illuminated switch panel complete the upgrades. The boat comes with a custom triple-axle trailer.
