2009 Fantasy Houseboat

This 85-foot aluminum houseboat was built by Fantasy and offers comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests across four staterooms, with two heads. The boat is powered by twin diesel Yammer inboards rated at 315 horsepower each, with only 967 hours logged on the engines. A diesel generator producing 28 kilowatts and a 4,000-watt inverter provide onboard power, with approximately 1,700 hours of service on the generator.

The main galley is fully equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, wine chiller, trash compactor, dishwasher, microwave, and a full-size cooktop with oven. A waste treatment system rated for overboard discharge is installed. The upper helm and bridge area includes a second trash compactor, ice maker, and gas grill, with blue LED lighting mounted under the hard top. Navigation and control systems include a Garmin radar and plotter, autopilot, stereo, VHF radio, hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, and a yacht controller.

Additional equipment includes a Sea Pro water maker rated at 40 gallons per hour, a Maxwell 1500 windlass for anchoring, and a hydraulic platform with a 22-foot beam capable of supporting a small runabout, two personal watercraft, or a large dinghy. The boat comes with a 2022 Inmar dinghy powered by a 30-horsepower Honda engine, which has minimal operating hours.
