This 2010 Azimut 55E is a flybridge motor yacht built to Off-Shore Navigation Category B standards by the Italian Azimut-Benetti shipyard. Powered by twin Caterpillar C-12 diesel engines producing 715 horsepower each, she cruises at 29 knots and reaches 32 knots at top speed. The yacht accommodates six guests across three staterooms and two heads, plus separate crew quarters with a single bunk and head accessed below the aft cockpit.
The main deck flows from a wide aft cockpit with teak detailing and re-upholstered seating through to a well-appointed salon and galley. The salon features a U-shaped couch, entertainment center, and abundant natural light from multiple windows. The galley includes marble countertops, dishwasher, cooktop, refrigerator, and island-style bar. The helm station sits forward with excellent sightlines through a large windshield and expansive windows. Twin Raymarine navigation screens were installed in 2023, as were additional screens on the flybridge helm.
The flybridge offers a dining table, lounge seating, and galley amenities including a barbecue, refrigerator, and wet sink. Both heads feature walk-in showers and marble countertops; the master includes a bidet. Side Power bow and stern thrusters aid maneuvering. A 20-kilowatt Kohler generator provides shore power and inverter support.
Recent service work includes new house batteries, exhaust bellows, gray water and fresh water pumps, bottom paint, and Propspeed application. All zincs have been replaced, and the engine room, teak, stainless steel, and aluminum surfaces were detailed and refinished. A 9-foot 2012 Mercury tender with outboard is included.
