The Bavaria Cruiser 55 is a fiberglass cruising yacht built in 2010 with a proven design for extended offshore passage-making and comfortable living. At 53 feet with a beam of over 15 feet, she offers substantial interior volume and stability. The yacht is powered by a Volvo Penta D3-110 diesel engine of 110 horsepower, currently showing approximately 1,300 engine hours.
The accommodation plan comprises four cabins and three heads, arranged to suit families or groups cruising together. Interior spaces are designed around the principle of generous proportions and natural light, complemented by a large teak cockpit and wide side decks that provide room to move freely when maneuvering or handling sail.
Equipment for extended cruising includes a bow thruster, watermaker, solar panels, Victron inverter system, Garmin navigation electronics, radar, AIS, electric winches, full cockpit enclosure, hydraulic bathing platform, and a dinghy with outboard. A Mase IS 5 generator is installed. Recent work completed in 2026 encompassed antifouling, full engine and drivetrain inspection, new shaft gland, anode replacement, bathing platform overhaul, hatch repainting, and generator installation. The yacht has been privately owned since launch and has never been chartered.
