2010 Custom Boathouse

This 60-foot custom boathouse is built on plastic-encased foam floats and designed to shelter a yacht up to 55 feet long with a beam of 17 feet or less. The structure features 50-amp shore power alongside multiple 15-amp outlets, and includes a remote automatic curtain system for weather protection and access control. Fresh water moorage is available with the boathouse.

The boathouse sits in a well-positioned location near the mouth of the South Arm of the Fraser River and offers convenient access to the Gulf Islands for cruising.
