2023 Custom Boathouse

This is a 60 by 22 foot boathouse built from 2x8 timber construction. The structure is nearly new and features an unfinished mezzanine measuring 21 by 23 feet, offering flexibility for storage or additional workspace. The boathouse is equipped with an automatic curtain system, a workshop bench, and electrical service including 50-amp and multiple 15-amp circuits to support various needs.

The interior clearance measures 12 feet from the waterline to the underside of the mezzanine, allowing accommodation of vessels up to 55 by 15.5 feet. The timber construction and generous dimensions make this well-suited for boat storage and maintenance on the South Arm of the Fraser River.
