2010 Eastern 35 Casco Bay

The 2010 Eastern 35 Casco Bay is a modified deep-V lobster boat with a single 370-horsepower Volvo diesel engine, designed for fuel efficiency and solid performance. Her fiberglass hull carries a burgundy Awlgrip finish. The low air draft suits coastal cruising, and the boat features twin bow and stern thrusters for maneuverability, along with trim tabs and a Lewmar windlass.

The cockpit is spacious and well-fitted for fishing or cruising, with a large built-in tackle box under the flybridge ladder, a fish box with pumpout beneath the sole, a livewell in the transom, and rod storage doors. Sixteen rod holders are distributed around the boat—eight on the gunnels, ten on the ladder, and six more on the flybridge rails. The flybridge itself has newly installed synthetic teak decking, two Todd 1500 helm chairs, a bench seat with storage, and a collapsible bimini with boot.

Below deck, the cabin follows a straightforward layout. The salon features a port settee that converts to a double berth with storage underneath, a starboard dinette that converts to a single berth with refrigerator, and a forward-facing helm station with tilt access to controls. The teak and holly sole runs throughout, with teak trim and handrails. Forward, a compact galley includes a stainless steel sink, single-burner glass-top stove, microwave, and two refrigerators. The head to starboard is notably generous for the boat's size, with a teak shower stall, vanity sink, and Vac-U-Flush toilet.

Navigation and control systems include Garmin chartplotters and radar at both the flybridge and interior helm stations, Garmin autopilot, Ritchie compass, and remote VHF. Power comprises three Lifeline 8D batteries, a 30-amp shore connection, NexGen 3.5 generator, 16,000 BTU air conditioning, and dual-voltage refrigeration. Interior lighting, running lights, underwater lights, and cable TV inlet are included.
