2010 Hanse 445

This 2010 Hanse 445 is a well-equipped modern sailing yacht built for comfort and straightforward handling. The three-cabin, two-head layout includes a private ensuite in the owner's cabin with separated toilet and shower, plus a second head off the saloon with manual toilet and separate shower compartment.

The deck is extensively appointed with teak furnishings including a large foredeck sunbathing area, a teak-lined cockpit with cushioned seating, and a manual teak swim platform with folding benches. Exterior features include an oversized bimini top, a high-visibility weather hood, stainless steel and pool-style swim ladders, a manual aluminum boarding gate, and a fold-down dining table. A large forward cabin sole and side boarding doors complete the topside layout.

Below, the saloon features an L-shaped galley with a two-bowl sink, dual gas burners with oven, microwave, separate top-loading and front-loading refrigerators, and a coffee maker. Navigation includes chart table, twin magnetic compasses, and Simrad wind instruments with autopilot. Electronics comprise a B&G V7 display with integrated GPS plotter and radar, plus Icom VHF.

Sailing systems include an in-boom roller furling mainsail with forced battens, self-tacking jib with below-deck furler, electric windlass with complete anchor handling, and four cockpit winches—two electric—with nearby stoppers. A bow thruster, sailbag locker, and 75 hp Volvo Penta diesel engine complete the specification. Shore power connection, 12V and 220V circuits, and Victron Energy battery monitoring are installed.
