The 2010 Lagoon 400 is a 40-foot fiberglass catamaran powered by two 2026 Yanmar 4JH57 saildrives. The boat has been substantially upgraded and refitted, with a 2025 mainsail, new rigging including 2025 diamond rigging, and fresh antifouling applied in 2025. Navigation electronics are 2021 and newer Raymarine systems, including autopilot, radar, chartplotter, depthfinder, and VHF radio. Solar panels provide 850 amps of capacity, supported by a 2018 Kohler 6kw generator and 3000w inverter.
Accommodation comprises four cabins and four heads with electric flush toilets. The main salon features a full-size galley with a four-burner stovetop, refrigerator, and freezer, along with a wrapped seating area and dining table. Three Aircruiser air conditioners provide climate control throughout. Winch systems include a Harken 46 electric winch and three Harken 36 manual winches for sail handling.
Safety provisions include a life raft rated for eight people with current certifications for unprotected waters, twenty life jackets, two throwable flotation devices, and flare kits. A 10-foot dinghy with a 2019 Tohatsu 9.9hp engine is included. Additional equipment features an upgraded JL stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity and numerous storage lockers and cabinets throughout the yacht.
