2010 Lagoon 421

This 2010 Lagoon 421 is a three-cabin, three-head catamaran built for comfortable cruising and extended passages. Twin Yanmar diesel engines deliver 74 horsepower each, with a cruising speed of 8 knots and a maximum speed of 10 knots. The boat features the Owner's Version layout, which includes a private owner's stateroom with ensuite head and shower in one hull, plus two additional guest cabins and two guest heads. A bright, panoramic salon provides generous seating and natural light, while the galley is well-equipped for both weekend trips and extended offshore voyages.

Recent mechanical work has focused on reliability for long-term cruising. Both Yanner engines and the Onan diesel generator have been professionally rebuilt with approximately 20 hours of running time. The air conditioning system received a complete overhaul in August 2024, including a new seawater circulation pump, new control box, and chemical descaling of all nine cooling circuits. The hull was pressure washed and repainted with Seahawk AF-33 antifouling in June 2023, with PropSpeed applied to the saildrive propellers.

Power and water systems are oriented toward self-sufficiency. A large lithium battery bank, solar panels, and wind generator provide electrical capacity, while a Cruise RO watermaker handles fresh water. Navigation electronics include dual Raymarine Axiom Pro displays, Raymarine autopilot, and an AIS transceiver. Deck equipment includes an electric windlass, Rocna anchor with chain, stainless davits, and a hardtop cockpit with helm bimini. Lumitec SeaBlaze underwater LED lights were installed new.

The boat is sold with a Highfield CL340 tender, Yamaha outboard, and washer/dryer. Normal cosmetic wear is consistent with active cruising use. The mainsail is near the end of its service life, and the standing rigging is original. Maintenance records and invoices for recent major work are available.
