The Linssen Grand Sturdy 470 AC Mark II Twin is a 48-foot steel motor yacht built for both inland waterways and open seas. Its CE-B classification permits operation in winds up to force 8 and waves to 4 meters. Twin Vetus Deutz DTA44 turbocharged diesel engines, each producing 140 horsepower, drive the boat through 5-bladed bronze propellers with hydrolubricated bearings. A Hydronautica Controller manages both engines and dual bow and stern thrusters for precise maneuvering. The teak deck is original to the boat, and hydraulic systems operate the mast lowering mechanism and anchor winch.
The saloon features large double-insulated windows flooding the space with natural light. A U-shaped beige leather sofa and dining table occupy the starboard side, with an additional dinette opposite. The interior incorporates cherry wood accents, wenge moldings on cabinetry, and a teak floor with ash inlays. The aft cabin holds a freestanding double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and a head with Corian sink and separate shower. Forward, a V-berth sleeps two and includes its own head and shower, with ample surrounding storage. The layout accommodates six berths overall. A fully equipped galley includes a Siemens four-burner electric cooktop, Inventum combination oven and microwave, 110-liter Waeco refrigerator with freezer, and a 50-liter water heater. Pressurized water systems feed throughout. An Eberspächer Hydronic 10 heating system provides central warmth, and a Salora TV on an electric lift sits in the saloon.
Navigation and control are handled by a Raymarine Axiom multifunction display paired with Quantum 2 radar, AIS, wireless autopilot, and integrated front and rear cameras. The aft deck features a teak bathing platform with stainless steel ladder, a convertible beige cockpit cover, and a hydraulic passerelle in polished stainless steel with 450-kilogram capacity and integrated teak walkway. Safety systems include automatic fire extinguishing in the engine room and an electric bilge pump with alarm. Stainless steel anchors and robust rail construction complete the safety package.
