2010 Sea Ray 500 Sundancer

This 2010 Sea Ray 500 Sundancer is a 50-foot motor yacht built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Cummins diesel engines with Zeus pod drives and joystick control. The engines produce 1,100 horsepower combined, delivering a cruising speed of 22 knots and a maximum speed of 33 knots. The yacht carries only 592 hours and benefits from systematic, meticulous maintenance throughout its operation.

The boat features a full teak cockpit with recent seating cushions, canvas, and bowpads installed. Navigation systems include Raymarine E127 multifunction displays at the helm and VesselView 703 monitoring. A Fusion stereo with multiple amplifiers and speakers provides entertainment throughout the yacht. Interior updates include a stainless steel Vitrifrigo galley refrigerator, and all lighting has been converted to LED. A cockpit television was installed in summer 2024.

Engine and mechanical systems have received continuous care. Recent work includes shaft seal replacement in 2023, aftercooler cleaning and raw water hose replacement in spring 2025, and fresh bottom paint with Propspeed application on the propellers in spring 2025. Heat exchangers and aftercoolers were renewed in 2020, fresh water flushing follows every use, all waste hoses were replaced in 2020, and the bilge is maintained dry. The hydraulic swim platform incorporates removable tender chocks for added versatility.
