The 2010 Sea Ray Sundancer 310 is a 33-foot fiberglass cuddy cabin with a deep vee hull designed for comfortable cruising and moderate offshore capability. The boat came equipped with twin MerCruiser 5.0L MPI Bravo III stern drives, each rated at 260 hp for a combined 520 hp. With this power plant, test runs showed a top speed of 39.2 knots and an economical cruising speed of 25.5 knots at 3500 RPM, burning approximately 19 gallons per hour at cruise. An Axius joystick control system was available as an option for enhanced docking and maneuverability.

The hull features a 21-degree deadrise at the transom and carries a beam of just over 10 feet, supporting a dry weight range of 11,630 to 14,500 pounds depending on configuration. Fuel capacity options of 125 or 200 gallons provide flexibility for range, while fresh water tanks came in 28- or 35-gallon sizes. The maximum draft is 3 feet 5 inches, keeping the boat suitable for varied water conditions.
