2010 Sumerset Houseboat

This 75-foot aluminum houseboat is powered by twin 700 hp GM gasoline engines, capable of cruising at 8 knots with a top speed of 10 knots. The beam measures 22 feet, providing substantial interior and deck space.

The accommodation layout includes five bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, and two bathrooms. The upper deck is fitted with ten queen-size sleeping pads for additional guests. The main living areas feature an entertainment center with television, dual stainless steel refrigerators, washer and dryer, and a kitchen setup. Two cooking stations are available: a pellet smoker and a gas grill.

Recent work completed in 2024 includes new carpeting, paint, and interior furnishings throughout. A 25 kw Westerbeke generator was installed, along with an inverter system and Starlink internet connectivity. The boat is equipped with two Sea-Doo watercraft and includes a six-seat golf cart.
