The 2011 Andaman Cabriolet 39 is a composite catamaran built for tropical cruising. Driven by twin Suzuki 40 hp outboards, the boat reaches a maximum speed of 10 knots and cruises comfortably at 7 knots. The outboards lift clear of the water during sailing, reducing drag and minimizing the risk of debris entanglement. A simple rig and bowsprit provide flexible sail configurations for responsive performance in various conditions.
The saloon centers on a sliding canvas roof that opens the interior to fresh air and light, with a multipurpose table suited for both indoor and outdoor use. The galley includes integrated refrigeration and storage solutions. The boat accommodates four cabins with two heads—one bathroom situated aft in each hull. Two double cabins occupy the forward sections, with additional single berth space and the saloon available for sleeping arrangements.
The boat has undergone significant recent work, including replacement outboards, new covers, a full respray, renewed running and standing rigging, an overhauled steering system, and modern B&G navigation equipment.
