This 2011 Back Cove 37 is a fiberglass downeast design powered by a single 600-horsepower Cummins diesel engine. The boat achieves a cruising speed of 25 knots with a maximum speed of 29 knots. The hull was painted with Awl-Grip in Flag Blue during the winter of 2016.
The 37-footer offers three cabins and one head, providing comfortable accommodation for extended cruising. The galley includes a two-drawer refrigerator and an additional freezer situated under the helm sole. Interior systems include a salon HVAC unit installed in 2025 and a microwave added the same year. A new Ocean Air blind system was fitted in 2023, and custom Portland mattresses were installed in 2022. Cushions throughout are recent replacements from 2026. Cockpit shade is provided by a new awning from 2025.
Power generation comes from a 9-kilowatt Onan generator with 910 hours of operation. The Cummins engine shows 1055 hours of service and has received current mechanical maintenance from an authorized technician. Bow and stern thrusters are installed. Recent battery replacement has been completed.
Navigation and vessel control are managed through a full Raymarine electronics suite featuring dual displays: a 12-inch E120 and a 14-inch E140 screen. The boat is equipped with a full suite of systems supporting extended cruising and coastal operation.
