This 2011 Beneteau Oceanis 40 is a 40-foot fiberglass sailing yacht with a shoal keel design and a single 54 hp Yanmar diesel engine. The hull spans 13.75 feet at the beam. The boat accommodates two cabins and one head, with a double berth dinette conversion that can serve as additional sleeping space.
The yacht has received substantial recent upgrades. The sails are new: a North Sails 3Di Ocean 330 furling mainsail, a North Sails 3Di Ocean 330 furling genoa, and a North Sails G1 AP Genaker. New rigging includes main, jib, and spinnaker halyards in 11mm New England Rope Endura and a new topping lift. A new dodger with Tufak Marine canvas, new bimini, and new winch covers have been installed. Hardware includes a new Hella Marine LED anchor light and new halyard covers.
Navigation and electronics are current throughout. The boat carries a Raymarine Axiom 2 Pro 12 S display, Quantum 2 Q24D Doppler radar, ST60 wind transducer, and ST 70 depth and speed instrument. A new Simrad VHF radio with AIS and wireless remote handset was added, along with new halyards and rigging upgrades completed in August 2025. Systems include a bow thruster, air conditioning, Vacu flush toilet, inverter, autopilot, and a safety package.
Interior furnishings were refurbished in March 2022 with all 15 cushions reupholstered in Sunbrella fabric and new premium mattresses installed in both cabins. Power systems include new Fullriver AGM house batteries and a new ProMariner ProNautic battery charger. The boat is equipped with radar and PC interface capability.
