2011 Hanse 445

This 2011 Hanse 445 is a composite-hulled cruising sailboat built on German engineering principles. The 44-foot sloop combines performance and comfort, with a layout that accommodates four cabins and two heads—convertible to three cabins for different cruising preferences. The boat carries a Volvo Penta D2-55 diesel engine producing 53 horsepower, paired with a saildrive that has been recently serviced. As of May 2021, the engine had logged approximately 3,700 hours.

The deck features dual steering wheels, teak flooring, and a retractable bow thruster. A fin keel with bulb and spade rudder provide responsive handling. The rig carries a Sparcraft aluminum mast with a single-line reefing system, standing and running rigging in stainless steel and cored braid. Two Lewmar self-tailing winches manage the sails—a fully battened mainsail and self-tacking furling jib, both from 2017 and noted to be in good condition. A Quick 1000W windlass handles ground tackle: a 20 kg Lewmar Delta primary anchor and secondary, with 50 meters of 10mm chain.

Interior spaces feature Noce Nero wood with Seashell White flooring throughout. The galley includes an ENO two-burner stove with oven, a double-door refrigerator, and double sink. Two Jabsco manual heads serve two shower compartments, with an additional transom shower on deck. The salon offers comfortable seating and dining space. Fresh water storage is 450 liters; fuel capacity is 220 liters across a single tank.

Electrical systems include dual 145Ah house batteries, a new 75Ah engine battery, Victron charger and inverter, and shore power capability. Navigation equipment encompasses a magnetic compass, VHF radio, depth sounder, log/speedometer, autopilot, wind instruments, and chart plotter. The boat was lifted for complete maintenance, and a sprayhood and bimini from 2017 are included.
