2011 X-Yachts xp44

The X-Yachts xp44 is a performance sailing yacht built in 2011 with a composite hull and proven record in competitive racing. This model has become one of the yard's most successful designs, with over 250 built since its 2010 release. The boat features a hi-modulus Axiom carbon mast and boom, a comprehensive sail inventory from Hood Sails, and a fully encapsulated keel bolted to a steel grillage. The hull uses sandwich epoxy heat infusion construction typical of X-Yachts' build standards.

The interior comprises three cabins and two heads with upholstery in excellent condition, maintained under protective covers throughout the yacht's life. A single Volvo diesel engine of 53.64 hp provides auxiliary power with a cruising speed of 7 knots. The deck carries high-quality hardware throughout and meets CAT 1 safety specifications.

This yacht has competed extensively in Australian blue water and offshore racing, including multiple Sydney to Hobart races, Hamilton Island Race Week, and coastal events, winning the Sydney to Coffs Harbour race in 2024.
