2012 Bavaria 36

This 2012 Bavaria 36 is a sailing yacht maintained in sound condition, powered by a 30-horsepower Volvo Penta engine. The boat measures roughly 36 feet in length with a 12-foot beam and features contemporary sailing equipment and navigation systems.

Below deck, the yacht offers two cabins and one head. The forward master cabin contains a V-shaped double berth, while the aft cabin provides another double berth with built-in storage. The aft head includes a separate shower cubicle, sink, and electric toilet. The main saloon features a dinette with chart table, a C-shaped settee, and a central storage bench. The galley is fitted with a double sink, two-burner gas cooktop, under-counter refrigerator, and oven.

Navigation and safety equipment includes a compass, log, sounder, VHF radio, wind instrument, autopilot, GPS, and electric windlass with bow control. The cockpit is appointed with teak trim, including double lockers and a teak swim platform. Four manual winches, a jib furler, and a steering pod with wheel support sail handling. Twin 100-amp service batteries were replaced in 2025, alongside a separate 100-amp starter battery. Additional systems include a boiler, electric and manual bilge pumps, and a retractable swim ladder.

The mainsail and jib were replaced in 2021–2022, along with new running rigging. The sprayhood and bimini were also renewed during that period. Service battery replacement and hull cleaning were completed in 2025.
