This 2012 Beneteau Oceanis 37 is built around the three-cabin, single-head layout that made this model popular with cruising sailors. The yacht features a fiberglass hull, a single 29-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine, and the responsive sailing characteristics the Oceanis line is known for. Recent upgrades to the power and propulsion systems include new lithium batteries installed in August 2025 and a 600-watt solar array with Victron controller, well-suited for extended time away from shore power.
The boat has benefited from substantial recent work. Three years ago, the owner completed a significant refit that included new canvas: Bimini, dodger, and connector. The sails were replaced with new main and genoa. The rigging and control lines were upgraded, along with new floorboards and custom mattresses in the forward and port aft cabins. The fuel injectors and three-blade folding Max-Prop were replaced.
Electronics and steering received equal attention during that refit. The navigation suite now includes a Raymarine Axiom 9-inch chart plotter with Navionics, an i70s multifunction display, and an EV400 Evolution autopilot with a new hydraulic linear drive. A new Raymarine VHF with AIS and a second cockpit microphone complete the helm upgrades. New cockpit cushions were also fitted.
