2012 Beneteau Oceanis 50

This 2012 Beneteau Oceanis 50 is a 50-foot cruising sailboat built on a fiberglass hull. The boat features a two-cabin, two-head layout—an uncommon configuration for this size that provides comfortable accommodation for a couple with guests, avoiding cramped quarter berth arrangements. Power comes from a single 75 hp Yammer diesel engine paired with joystick maneuvering control and a bow thruster for handling in tight quarters.

The sailing rig includes in-mast furling and an asymmetric spinnaker with an ATN sock. A Quantum genoa was installed in May 2023. The boat is equipped with electric primary winches, a Flex-O-Fold propeller, and a reverse-cycle air-conditioning and heating system. Fresh water flush heads and full interior carpeting complete the accommodation package.

Recent maintenance includes a new engine service completed in March 2025 with 380 engine hours logged. New bottom paint was applied in July 2024. House and engine batteries were replaced in July 2023, and interior woodwork was cleaned and re-sealed in January 2025. Mattresses include custom memory foam in both the forward and aft staterooms with custom sheets in the aft cabin. Interior detailing was completed in January 2025.
