2012 Beneteau Sense 55

The 2012 Beneteau Sense 55 is a 59-foot cruising sailboat designed by Nauta Design with exterior styling by Berret Racoupeau. Built with fiberglass construction and a beam of nearly 19 feet, she combines spacious accommodations with straightforward sailing characteristics and practical onboard handling.

A comprehensive 2024 refit brought the yacht to current condition, including new standing and running rigging, fresh 12mm teak decking, upgraded electronics, new autopilot, full paint job, new bimini, and fresh copper coat. The recent annual haul-out added a new sail drive unit and antifoul application. She is equipped with a full suit of sails and all-electric winches throughout.

The interior uses the yacht's volume efficiently, with a bright main salon featuring central seating, a chart table, and a 32-inch retractable TV on motorized lift. The galley incorporates grey synthetic resin worktops, concealed appliances, and a large service hatch opening to the cockpit area. Three cabins and three heads accommodate six guests. The owner's suite includes a private shower, office area, and generous storage; two guest cabins with sliding doors are positioned amidships.
