2012 Cutwater C-28

The 2012 Cutwater C-28 is a 28-foot pilothouse cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Yanmar diesel engines totaling 520 horsepower. The boat carries approximately 1,624 engine hours and includes a 25 HP Yamaha four-stroke outboard auxiliary engine. Twin diesel engines provide reliable, efficient cruising performance with direct shaft drive and the fuel capacity to support extended trips. The main helm is outfitted with Garmin navigation electronics including a multifunction display, radar, and autopilot, along with Yanmar engine monitoring and VHF communications.

The pilothouse design features large windows throughout for visibility and natural light. The open cockpit includes seating and storage, with easy access to the swim platform and salon. The 8.5-foot beam creates a comfortable interior layout anchored by teak cabinetry and multiple storage compartments.

Accommodations include a forward V-berth, a convertible dinette that provides additional sleeping space, and an enclosed wet head with marine toilet, sink, and shower. The galley is equipped with a Nova Kool refrigerator, microwave, two-burner propane stove, and stainless sink. A Webasto diesel heating system, solar charging setup, inverter, and shore power support comfortable cruising at anchor or the dock. Bow thruster and trim tabs enhance handling and maneuverability. Headroom reaches approximately six feet two inches throughout.
