2022 NorthCoast 235 Cabin

This 2022 NorthCoast 235 is a 27-foot pilothouse built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single Yamaha F250XB outboard engine with 405 hours. The shark gray hull combines offshore fishing capability with family cruising comfort, backed by NorthCoast's reputation for rugged construction in Northeast waters.

The hardtop cabin provides excellent visibility and 6'4" of headroom, sheltering a practical layout that includes a large V-berth with storage and a removable toilet. The cockpit is spacious and self-bailing, with a 30-gallon transom livewell and macerated fish boxes. A 131-gallon fuel capacity supports extended range, while fresh and raw water washdowns serve both fishing and cruising needs.

Navigation and communication are well equipped: Garmin 12-inch multifunction display, Yamaha CL5 gauge, and ICOM IC-M510 offshore VHF radio. The boat carries a windlass anchor system with rode, Lenco trim tabs, rod holders on the T-top, a Fusion stereo, and windshield wipers. A powder-coated windshield frame rounds out the hardware. The engine has been recently serviced and a fresh bottom paint application has been completed.
