The 2012 Flats Cat 21 is a purpose-built fishing boat powered by a single 150 hp Evinrude engine. The fiberglass hull runs shallow and dry, equipped with a 6-inch hydraulic jack plate for shallow-water operation. The boat features a leaning post with under-seat storage, and a port-side live well with bubbler and recirculation pump built into the rear compartment.
Navigation and fish-finding equipment includes a Lowrance XDS9 GPS and a marine spotlight mounted on the bow. Trolling power comes from a 24V Minn Kota Ulterra and an 8-foot Minn Kota Raptor. Battery capacity includes two house and two trolling motor batteries with an onboard 110V charger that services all batteries through a single outlet. An aluminum boarding ladder and washdown water hose in the console complete the fishing setup.
The boat has undergone recent maintenance and cosmetic work. The lower unit was serviced with a new water pump and fluid, and spark plugs show less than one hour of use. All deck cushions were recently recovered, and hull scratches underneath were refinished with fresh fiberglass and paint. An extra propeller is included, along with a fiberglass whale tail on the lower unit.
The matching trailer features new axles, springs, and attaching hardware. Bunks are equipped with Starboard material for easy loading and unloading, and tires are two years old. All trailer lights have been recently serviced, and the hitch is a Bulldog model.
