2012 Jeanneau 53

This 2012 Jeanneau 53 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built for comfort and extended cruising. Powered by a 110 hp Yanmar diesel engine, she measures 53 feet in length with a 15.67-foot beam. The boat features a spacious cockpit with full canvas enclosure, creating a flexible outdoor living area. Teak decks are fitted in the cockpit only.

Below deck, accommodations include two heads and a layout designed for extended time away from shore. The yacht is equipped with a generator, air conditioning, and heating for year-round comfort. Solar panels provide additional independence, while dinghy davits are installed with a dinghy and outboard included. Three 12V winches support sail handling.

The boat has been maintained with regular care throughout its life in the Northeast, including winter storage indoors with full maintenance performed by a local boatyard since 2017. It has been used for private cruising only and has never been chartered.
