The 2012 Viking 46 Convertible is a 46-foot fiberglass convertible powered by a single MAN V10-1100 diesel engine delivering 1100 horsepower. Built with a modified vee hull design, the boat combines fishing capability with comfortable cruising accommodations. The yacht features three cabins, two heads, and a well-equipped flybridge for open-water operation.
Below deck, the master stateroom includes a queen berth with storage, private head with shower, hanging lockers, and overhead hatches. Two guest cabins provide upper and lower berths with storage and TV connections. The guest head is accessed through the companionway. The salon is appointed with teak and maple cabinetry, an L-shaped sofa with storage, dinette with teak table, and entertainment systems. The teak cockpit and mezzanine deck provide durable work surfaces.
Electronics include three Simrad NSS16 EVO3S multifunction displays, HALO Plus 4-foot open array radar, AP44 autopilot, dual ICOM VHF radios, and Starlink high-speed internet receiver added in 2023. The boat received new propellers in 2025 and MAN service in spring 2025. Teak decking and covering boards are fitted throughout, with an Onan 17KW generator providing auxiliary power.
