The 2013 Hinckley Talaria 34 is a composite downeast cruiser built with Hinckley's DualGuard construction—Kevlar E-glass hybrid outer skin, aircraft-grade end-grain balsa core, and carbon-fiber inner skin laminated with vinylester resin. Twin Yanmar diesel engines produce 520 horsepower through Hamilton jet drives, delivering a cruising speed of 24 knots and a maximum speed of 29 knots. The boat features a pilothouse with four oversized frameless stainless steel windows, two of which are manual sliding side ports, alongside two low-profile overhead hatches. Helm controls include a Hinckley Jet Stick that integrates throttle, steering, and bow thruster into a single joystick, paired with a Raymarine e125 radar and chart plotter for navigation.

The single cabin layout centers on a V-berth in the forward section, with a private head to starboard and galley to port accessed via companionway from the pilothouse. The cabin is finished in satin-varnished cherry with a teak and tulipwood sole, complemented by a Corian countertop galley featuring a front-loading refrigerator, electric cooktop, and microwave. The head includes a Grohe shower and Sealand electric head plumbed to a 28-gallon holding tank. An optional 8,000 BTU reverse-cycle air conditioning unit provides climate control, powered through either the optional 5-kilowatt Onan generator or shore power.

Deck appointments include teak laid throughout the pilothouse and cockpit with substantial stainless steel hardware—custom bow chocks, mooring cleats, and a fiberglass swim platform with teak inserts. A 12-volt Muir windlass with wireless remote control deploys a 22-pound Delta anchor with 25 feet of stainless chain and 150 feet of rode. The topsides are painted Stars & Stripes Blue Awlgrip with a light cream gelcoat cabin house and double boot stripe. Recent maintenance includes varnish coats and full interior-exterior detailing in May 2026, with engines showing 505 hours and the generator at 60 hours.
