2014 Bavaria Cruiser 37

The 2014 Bavaria Cruiser 37 is a fiberglass cruising yacht built for comfortable offshore sailing and family voyages. At 37 feet in length with a 12-foot beam, it combines manageable size with practical seaworthiness. The boat is powered by a Volvo Penta D1-30 diesel engine with approximately 3,000 hours, paired with a sail drive transmission. Sails include a furling mainsail and genoa both replaced in 2019, making for straightforward sail handling. The teak deck and cockpit provide durable, traditional finishing throughout the exterior.

Below deck, the layout offers three cabins with three double berths and two heads with showers. The galley is fully equipped with a refrigerator and oven, supported by a 150-liter fuel tank, 360-liter water tank, and 50-liter holding tank for extended cruising. The saloon provides social space, with fans for ventilation throughout the interior.

Navigation and boat management are supported by modern electronics: GPS (dual internal and external), autopilot, VHF radio with AIS, wind and depth meters, and EPIRB. A bow thruster aids docking precision. Solar panels and a windlass contribute to independent energy and anchor management. Three batteries were replaced in 2023. A dinghy is included for shore access, and an electric head provides comfort at anchor.
