The 2015 Bali 4.3 is a 43-foot fiberglass catamaran built by the Catana Group, designed to leverage natural ventilation in tropical climates. The distinctive open saloon features a hydraulically operated Bali door that retracts the back wall, and the expansive foredeck provides excellent entertaining space. The wide 24-foot beam contributes to the generous interior volumes characteristic of the model.
The layout includes four double cabins and four heads. The galley is equipped with a large side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, powered by dual inverters drawing from a substantial 800-amp-hour 12-volt battery bank of eight AGM cells. Water production comes from an Aquabase 12-volt watermaker. Tankage is substantial: 400 litres of fuel and 400 litres of fresh water, supplemented by four holding tanks and grey water tanks.
Twin 57-horsepower Yanmar diesel engines power the catamaran. An electric winch handles mainsail hoisting. Onboard entertainment is provided by a Fusion stereo system. The boat is currently in dry storage.
