This 2015 Beneteau Oceanis 45 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built for experienced cruisers seeking long-distance capability. At 45 feet with a 14.75-foot beam and shallow 5'9" draft, she combines coastal performance with the ability to explore shallow anchorages. Power comes from a Yanmar 4JH5CE diesel engine rated at 57 horsepower, paired with a Kohler 6kW generator for onboard electrical independence.
The interior layout includes two cabins and two heads, arranged around a bright salon with modern finishes and a traditional L-shaped galley. Storage is distributed throughout the boat. The deck features teak in the cockpit, twin helms, and a drop-down swim platform. Canvas includes in-mast furling mainsail and furling genoa rigged with dual Sunbrella protection overhead.
Significant work was completed as of March 2026: all standing rigging was replaced with OEM US Spars stainless steel components, the hull bottom and keel were sandblasted and refinished with Pellerclean coatings, and the furler unit, saildrive, and bow thruster were fully refurbished. The head sail furler was also recently replaced.
Equipment is comprehensive and current. Navigation systems include B&G electronics and Simrad autopilot. Propulsion auxiliaries consist of a 2023 Tohatsu 6HP outboard and a 2022 Walker Bay 270 Hypalon dinghy stored on deck. Additional systems include a Rainman watermaker installed in 2022, 16,000 and 8,000 BTU Dometic air conditioning units, LiFePO4 battery banks with Victron charging, electric anchor windlass with 25kg Rocna anchor, and a 2016 Viking Pro Plus 4 liferaft. A spinnaker, comprehensive spares inventory, and full mechanic's tool kit complete the outfit. The engine has logged 882 hours; the generator, 790 hours.
