The 2015 Beneteau Oceanis 48 is a fiberglass offshore cruiser designed around a proven three-cabin, two-head layout. The hull carries its 15.58-foot beam aft with a hard chine that aids tracking and handling while increasing interior volume. An aft cockpit features a fibreglass arch forward and stainless steel arch aft, with davits, solar panels, and a full-width fold-down transom operated by push-button control.
The boat is powered by a Yammer 4JH80 diesel engine producing 80 horsepower, paired with a 7.5kw Onan generator. It draws 5'11" in shoal draft configuration and is equipped with a bow thruster, inmast furling, and electric primary and halyard winches. Navigation and automation include B&G autopilot and Simrad radar. Interior systems include three CruiseAir reverse-cycle HVAC units, a watermaker, and 320 watts of Carmanah solar panels for auxiliary power.
The sail plan comprises a Quantum genoa, staysail, furling mainsail, storm trysail, and asymmetrical spinnaker. An aluminum-hulled AB inflatable tender with Mercury outboard is included. The boat shows clean condition and has been privately owned with no history of charter use, hurricane damage, or known structural issues.
