2015 Fountaine Pajot Summerland 40 LC

The 2015 Fountaine Pajot Summerland 40 LC is a composite catamaran designed as a true motor yacht, built for extended cruising with exceptional fuel efficiency. Twin Volvo diesel engines deliver 440 horsepower—the starboard engine is new, and the port engine has been rebuilt. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 22 knots and cruises efficiently at 13 knots, with fuel consumption reduced by 40% compared to conventional designs thanks to the hull shape and substantial fuel capacity.

The layout includes three cabins and two heads. The owner's suite occupies the starboard hull with a transversal bed, sea views, and private bathroom. Two guest cabins with separate bathroom sit on the port side. The saloon features large hull windows and contemporary design, creating a bright, comfortable living space for extended time aboard.

Equipment includes all LED lighting, two fiberglass propane tanks, saltwater washdown for the foredeck and anchor locker, 12-volt cabin fans, an upgraded Rocna 25 anchor with 100 feet of 3/8-inch high-tensile chain and 100 feet of rode, and an upgraded ZF transmission rated at 63a with 1100 operating hours. The boat is currently hauled out with a blue hull wrap and ready to launch.
