2015 Nautitech 40 Open

The 2015 Nautitech 40 Open is a performance cruising catamaran designed by Marc Lombard, built for both responsive sailing and comfortable liveaboard cruising. At 39 feet long with a 23-foot beam, the yacht combines light, easy handling with twin helm stations and practical sail management for short-handed operation, making her suited to coastal cruising and offshore passage work alike.

The open-plan layout flows seamlessly between a generous cockpit and bright saloon, creating an expansive social atmosphere. The boat sleeps four cabins and includes two heads, with a practical galley supporting extended time at sea. The cockpit serves equally well for entertaining or relaxing at anchor, while the interior has been well maintained throughout.

Powered by twin 60-horsepower Volvo diesel engines, the yacht is built in fiberglass. The original owners have maintained her since new, with the interior showing careful stewardship over the years.
