The Atlantis is a 75-by-18-foot aluminum houseboat built on the Adonia platform, designed with a reverse floorplan that prioritizes group living, mechanical reliability, and energy efficiency. Twin 5.0-liter MerCruiser V8 engines deliver 260 horsepower each, while two 15-kilowatt generators provide backup power. A solar system installed in 2023, paired with a battery bank and 4,000-watt inverter, reduces generator dependence and enables quieter daytime operation—an uncommon upgrade for Lake Powell vessels.
The boat accommodates up to 24 sleeping adults across distinct private spaces: a master suite with king bed and full bath, two upper-level queen suites, two queen cuddy cabins, two kids' cuddy cabins with sunbrella pads and entertainment, plus upper-deck sleeping pads and sofas. Three full bathrooms include the master bath and an upper-deck pod with refrigerator, freezer, and ice maker. Central air conditioning and heating maintain comfort throughout.
The galley is comprehensively equipped with a 66-inch stainless refrigerator-freezer, commercial ice maker, stainless range and oven, dual dishwashers, microwave, trash compactor, and washer-dryer combo. Two upper-deck bars each feature a sink, dishwasher, microwave, and range, with eight bar stools total. A complete galley layout serves 12 people comfortably. Entertainment systems include a 60-inch HD television with surround sound, additional upper-deck television, satellite TV, and marine radios.
Deck features span the full length: open flybridge helm with dual seats and complete instrument panel, hardtop canopy with inset lighting, front and upper-deck screening, extended swim platform with custom water stairs, front-deck barbecue grill, rear-deck slide with water pump, two PWC ramps with winches, and full safety rails. The 780-gallon holding tank and UVB fresh-water processing system support extended cruising. The boat is mechanically sound with recent facia replacement.
