2017 Catalina 355

The 2017 Catalina 355 is a 35-foot fiberglass sloop known for offering the spaciousness of a much larger yacht. High freeboard and a 12-foot beam create generous interior volume while maintaining easy deck movement—wide side decks, a walk-through transom, and a spacious cockpit support efficient sail handling from the helm.

Below, the two-cabin layout centers on a flexible salon. The port settee converts between a seating arrangement and cocktail table, while the dining table expands with fold-out leaves to form a full-size surface or drops into a double berth. The single head features a freshwater-flush electric toilet. Ultraleather upholstery and inner spring mattresses throughout add comfort, and the cabin spaces receive natural light throughout.

The boat is powered by a Yanmar 3YM30 AE diesel engine producing 29 horsepower, with 592 hours on the meter. The drivetrain includes a three-blade MaxProp and a bowthruster for maneuvering. Onboard systems encompass air conditioning, a 2000-watt inverter, Raymarine electronics, an electric winch, and a boom brake. A West Marine 8'6" dinghy with electric outboard motor is included.

Recent maintenance includes new bottom paint applied in November 2025 and new AGM batteries installed in April 2026. The boat has seen regular use for day sailing and weekend cruising.
