The 2017 Corsair Cruze 970 is a 32-foot trimaran built from composite materials with a 22.5-foot beam. Designed as a trailerable performance cruiser, it combines offshore capability with spacious interior volume while maintaining the speed and responsiveness characteristic of Corsair trimarans. The boat can be sailed, trailered, launched, and stored with ease, making it suitable for daysailing, coastal exploration, club racing, or extended cruising.
The yacht has been upgraded and modernized throughout. The sail inventory includes a 2025 Smyth Carbon/Technora mainsail, performance blade jib, furling Carbon/Technora headsail, CZ30 screacher, two asymmetrical spinnakers, and storm jib. Standing rigging has been upgraded to Colligo synthetic with an ELHF furling system. Navigation and systems feature a B&G Zeus 3S chartplotter, dual Triton² displays, wireless wind instrumentation, integrated autopilot, AIS-equipped VHF radio, and NMEA 2000 networking. Power systems include a 300Ah lithium house battery with solar charging.
A Tohatsu 9.8 HP four-stroke outboard provides auxiliary power and has received comprehensive servicing. The cabin windows have been replaced, and new Sunrise Yacht Products nets have been installed. The included Five Star trailer has been fully serviced with new tires and wheels. Maintenance and upgrades have been performed throughout, with attention to reliability and ease of operation.
